Wow. How amazing does the GazettE look in their new PV? *_* I'm going to have to get used to Uruha having flat hair, but he's so beautiful that I'm sure I'll get used to it soon, and the rest of the band is so hot in this new look that I didn't really have the chance to be bothered by Uruha's flat hair. Ruki and his tongue... *flails* The latex gloves are a really nice touch, too. Mostly, I spent this PV drooling over Ruki.

There's a new song to be heard amid all of the hotness, too. I like the new song. It's not striking me as the best song ever, but Ruki sounds really good, and his vocals are always a highlight of Gazetto's music for me. It's pretty straightforward, and I like it more with each new listen, so that's a good sign. And I haven't noticed any weird gimmicks or questionable musical decisions, so that makes me even more excited about the new album! My copy should be here next week, so I'll be on pins and needles until then!

Gackt is achieving that perfect balance of complete overkill and rabid anticipation that only he (and Diru) can inspire in me as he flogs this 10th anniversary thing into a bloody pulp. I mean that in a good way. I really do. Because I am totally loving this whole thing! ^_^

I'm posting these last two singles out of order. LOST ANGELS should be here, but I ripped and upped Flower first. It was sitting on top. No other reason than that. Flower was released on 2009/07/01, and it's the fourth out of four singles in this series. The four singles together are almost as good as a new album, though I'm really on pins and needles to see what Gackt's next album will sound like. I've been so impressed with everything that he's done since he came back to music, and I just keep on saying that it's so wonderful to see Gackt back with all of this energy and passion, but it's the truth, so I'm just going to keep on saying it. "Flower" and "In Flames" are equally good songs this time out. "Flower" is a little more anthemic, and "In Flames" strikes me as a bit more impassioned, but this is another can't-miss single! Happy Tenth Anniversay, Gackt!!

Yay! A PV for one of these singles! It's so weird to have Gackt singles without PVs, isn't it? This PV makes me so happy. I'm not sure that was Gackt's intention, since he's all brooding and mopey in this PV, but that's part of what makes me so happy. This is vintage Gackt. Even the skinny brown cigarettes are back! ^_^ Does anyone else get the impression that Gackt is happy and very creative when he's moping about something? Or at least when he's pretending to mope about something in a PV... You know what I mean, right? So Gackt is happily moping and GacktJOB is rocking out, and the PV is pretty much the best of both worlds. And there is happiness all around!

Gackt - Flower PV

This TV performance matches with the PV quite well. Part of it is the identical costumes and styling and choreography, but the mood matches, too. You is very blond right now, ne? I think I like it -- and the gods know that it's better than green -- but I'm still getting used to it. Chachamaru is very distracting to me right now. I want to call him 'daddy' and do unspeakable things to/with him. I'm sure that was too much info, but it needed to be said. Yowza.

Hey out there! After spending all day yesterday sleeping and feeling sort of blue, I'm doing so much better today, which is good, because I have a lot of work to do, since I basically did nothing at all yesterday. It was nice -- and I really needed to shut down and take a break for a day -- but if I don't get back in gear, I'm really going to pay for it... -_-;

Anyway, while I'm sitting here writing at least half of my research paper for my business class, I'm listening to SID's latest album, which was released on 2009/07/01. I love SID's unique blend of rock and jazz and whatever else they throw in there to craft that distinct sound that they have. This album is particularly smooth and mellow -- which isn't to say that it's boring or that it won't appeal to people who are looking for rock music -- but I enjoy having a mellow album to listen to from time to time, and tracks like "capsule" prove that SID can still rock when they want to. There's something thoughtful and warm about this album that makes me feel relaxed and happy when I listen to it, and since I've been listening to it all day today, that's really saying something! My only complaint is that the album is too short. SID's songs are pretty concise, and since there's only 11 tracks on this CD, it just isn't nearly long enough. SID could release twice this much music at once and still have me enthralled and hanging on every note! ^_^

"Last One !!!" To quote Yomi.

Sakito's part sounds all good to me, but Hitsugi's part may have some disagreements because it's the only song in the whole album in which he does not play in the same key as Sakito for parts of the song, which can be annoying. So I had to rely on the lives to triple check the tab, and is still probably not perfect.

The song is in C minor, or Eb Major for Sakito's part, (not sure about Hitsugi's) if you want to help me edit this tab.

For Sakito, in bar 53, 56 and so on, it is fret 10 on the 4th string, which is B-natural, and so a semitone higher than the key signature of the song but sounds funny with the vocals on, in the tab anyway.

So here it is, lol, saw so many requests for this in the past and now it's here ^^
